Free Color Printer For Brochures

One thing I always tell any home seller is that people want information on your home when they want it and that usually means now. On your signs we tell you to put a website address. This is good because anyone can go find information on your home any time they like. The down side to that is that if someone is sitting in front of your house, it's probably because they want some details right now. If they don't get the details, they'll very likely just move on down the street to find one that does provide the information they seek. This is why you want to be able to print fliers and brochures on demand. You don't want to get home Friday night and realize that your brohure box is empty. Weekends are usually the most popular time to look at homes. By having your own high quality printer you can simply hit the print button, walk out your door and stick your fresh brochures in your "take one" box. The alternative…run down to the local copy shop and burn off a bunch of expensive color brochures. Don't want a color printer, consider using Express Copy's online templates and printing for FSBO's So what's the catch for the printer? First, they require you to qualify.. Primarily you have to print a certain amount of material on a consistent basis and 2. they want you to buy the consumables (toner, cartridges, drums etc.) from them at their slightly inflated prices. If you do a lot of printing, this is definitely a good deal. If not, don't make the mistake of printing on your ink jet printer just to watch it streak down the wet page once your sprinklers come on, it rains or just humidity is too much. Whatever you do, make sure you have your fliers always available.

Virtual Phone Service for Your Business

As a home seller the last thing you want is to be inundated by buyers calling to ask questions like how many bedrooms, what’s the price and how many square feet.  You’re not trying to capture leads like a real estate agent.  Pre-qualify the buyer by leaving all the details on the recorded message and when someone is interested in all aspects of the home they’ll request a call back and you’ll be notified.  Don’t lose your job because you keep getting called by people unable to buy your house.  Also buyers can call 24 hours a day every day and you don’t have to worry about missing the call.
