Pre-qualify the buyer by leaving all the details on the recorded message and when someone is interested in all aspects of the home they’ll request a call back and you’ll be notified. Don’t lose your job because you keep getting called by people unable to buy your house. Also buyers can call 24 hours a day every day and you don’t have to worry about missing the call.
